This is my 2nd time staying at one of James's property and I always feel at home. If you are looking for the perfect stay, look no further! Communication is easy and home is always clean. Keep in mind for this property the drive way is narrow when going to park, remember that in the event you are renting a vehicle. Overall always a great stay.

james was a great host! everything was exactly like the listing. whenever i had a question he was quick to respond. the only thing that i could make a “complaint” about is the showerhead having low water pressure, but other then that the stay was perfect and i will definitely book other stay here :)

James and Frances were quick to respond with any questions I had. They were even able to replace dirty towels with clean towels in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to staying at this place or any of your units in the future!

Getting into the house was easy, as James gave great instructions on how to enter. The house was as advertised. Comfortable spaces and a nice sized kitchen. the house is located in a good neighborhood and is near the Rose Bowl parade route. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the house. The property also has lots of privacy from the neighbors. if we have an opportunity to be in Pasadena again, we will definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful home with easy check in! The host was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean upon arrival and close to any stores you may need to go to. :)

My fiancé and I have family nearby, and this spot was the perfect for the two of us! It is in a peaceful neighborhood and near to many stores. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive! I appreciated that the most. We drove our electric vehicle there and the charging station was a big seller to us. The parking is very tight, so just make sure you take your time. We plan to be back soon!

Very kind owners, the instructions given were very clear (the pictures definitely helped) and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Our space was clean and cozy, towels were given and the kitchen was the nicest bonus. I also really appreciated the picture framed wall of recommendations and house rule reminders, it was definitely very considerate. Thank you for having us James, we will definitely book again if we’re ever in the area :)

It all starts with wonderful hosts!! James, Yung and Frances could not have been more accommodating, friendly, responsive and communicative. This 2 bedroom apartment is beautifully and tastefully maintained. It’s obvious from the moment we walked in the foresight and consideration our hosts put into ensuring our comfortable stay. The kitchen is bright and beautiful with updated appliances. The Living room is comfortable with a large TV screen and easy to work programming. The bedrooms are large and spacious. And both my wife and I loved how comfortable the bed was. We also loved the neighborhood in the sense that major grocery and retail stores were only a two minute drive away. When returning to Pasadena, we will look 1st to see if this Airbnb apartment is available.
