James' place was great. It felt warm and cozy. We also appreciate the hosts' proactiveness in regards to sending more instructions and reminders before and during our stay. Will definitely come back again if given a chance.

James was very responsive and helpful. at one point, the hairdryer was not working and i asked if he could send us a repalcement. He got it settled in 20 mins! impressive.
The place was clean and very well furnished. very comfortable.

This is my 2nd time staying at one of James's property and I always feel at home. If you are looking for the perfect stay, look no further! Communication is easy and home is always clean. Keep in mind for this property the drive way is narrow when going to park, remember that in the event you are renting a vehicle. Overall always a great stay.

james was a great host! everything was exactly like the listing. whenever i had a question he was quick to respond. the only thing that i could make a “complaint” about is the showerhead having low water pressure, but other then that the stay was perfect and i will definitely book other stay here :)
